The elaborate cape boasts almost 30 yards of pure silk dupioni. There is also a removable codpiece that ties on to the front of the breeches. The lowest bow has golden laces, chains, and beaded strands dangling from it.

They also have a vertical panel on the outer sides of black velvet, which feature the same custom bows used in the doublet. They consist of wine silk velvet, crushed velvet, and metallic brocade, with twisted cord trim and sequined jacquard trim between each panel. The breeches have a similar paneled theme as the doublet, except that they are placed on a diagonal. The cuffs match the elaborate sleeves and end in a ruffled metallic gold & black fabric, which is also seen around the collar. A good portion of these sleeve must be completely hand-sewn to ensure correct placement and the desired look. They are trimmed in metallic gold bias tape. Along with being different sizes, they have different elements inside of them to keep the shape depending on the placement. The panes have many layers to aid them both visually and structurally. The paned sleeves curve over three tiers of puffed brocade attached to a sleeve base. Large bows handmade from many yards of ribbons and brocade, adorned with jeweled appliqués, decorate the center front. Gold tipped-ribbons made from various brocades used in the costume hang over the skirting.

These are trimmed with metallic twisted cord in shades of gold, black, and wine. The doublet is made from panels of silk velvets, crushed velvet, and brocades. The main part of the costume consists of a doublet with elaborate sleeves, and breeches. Easily the most complicated & complex costume in all of Phantom! This massive undertaking took hundreds and hundreds of hours to complete, and is inspired by the costume Ramin Karimloo wore as the Phantom.
